By downloading or using Radioactive (“the app”), you agree to these terms.
Radioactive is an entertainment and educational simulation. All blast, casualty, fallout, and population figures are approximations derived from public, declassified scaling-law formulas (Glasstone & Dolan, The Effects of Nuclear Weapons, 1977) and public population datasets (GHS-POP, CC BY 4.0; Natural Earth, public domain). They are illustrative only.
The app is not a targeting tool, not a civil-defense tool, and must not be relied on for any real-world planning, safety, or emergency purpose.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies where these terms are silent.
Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, don’t misrepresent its outputs as factual predictions, and don’t attempt to extract or reverse-engineer its bundled datasets beyond what their open licenses already permit.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any simulated figure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
