These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ball Junkie mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ball Junkie is an informational app for browsing historical and current professional football statistics, records, standings, and related reference content, plus a daily puzzle game. The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
Ball Junkie is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), any of its member clubs, or any other league, team, or player. All team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Statistical and historical data is compiled from publicly available and openly licensed sources, including the nflverse and nfldata projects (licensed CC-BY-4.0) and Wikipedia/Wikidata. Attribution is provided in the App. Facts and statistics are provided "as is" and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The App is not an official source of record and should not be relied upon for wagering, financial, or other consequential decisions.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt or overload its supporting services, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The App's design, code, and original content are owned by the developer. The underlying factual data is not owned by the developer and remains subject to the licenses of its respective sources.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Apple Inc.'s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
